About Me

A smiling man with dark skin and short hair, wearing a red athletic shirt, outdoors with green trees in the background.

I proudly served 13 years in the United States Marine Corps. I held several roles, including aircraft electrician, avionics technician, Marine Security Guard, and base auxiliary security. After leaving the Marines, my family and I moved to Germany. There, I began working at the U.S. Embassy as a computer instructor and technician. During this time, I traveled to several countries to support IT network installations or repairs. I now work for the U.S. Department of State as an IT specialist and Program Manager.

I got into fitness after leaving the Marines and experiencing a medical emergency that doctors couldn't pinpoint. Realizing I needed structure, I educated myself and began a fitness routine. Since I never enjoyed running—though I won't say running is bad—I started weight training and never looked back. As I learned, friends asked for advice and guidance on exercise. I enjoyed helping them, which helped me decide early on to pursue a new career.
